  • 0.5 kg of sauerkraut,
  • 1 large onion,
  • ok.3 łyzki ketchupu,
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • salt and pepper to taste.

The fastest way to prepare the dough is to use a mixer. It should have the consistency of thick cream. From the already prepared dough, fry the pancakes until pale in color. boil and add to the onion. Cut the mushrooms into small cubes (if I don't have time, I grate the mushrooms on the large holes of the grater) and add to the pot. Mix everything and add 3 tablespoons of ketchup. Then stew the stuffing under the lid for about 15 minutes. Remove the lid and evaporate the accumulated water. We do this on low heat, stirring constantly. Leave the stuffing to cool. Put the stuffing in the center of the prepared pancakes, join the 2 sides to the center and roll up. Dip the croquettes in egg, breadcrumbs and fry until golden.
